These native orchids were looking beautiful on 11 October 2019. The orchid house was damaged in the 31 Dec 2019 bushfire. It will be revived, however.

Eurobodalla Regional Botanic Garden - Orchid House
The orchid house was destroyed in the 31 Dec 2019 bushfire, but there are plans to revive it in another location. These dendrobiums were at their peak in September 2019.

Eurobodalla Regional Botanic Garden - Acacia blayana
This tree of the genus Acacia was discovered in one of the valleys in the Brogo River catchment , west of Cobargo, and collected by South Coast naturalist John Blay in 1982.
This magnificent specimen at the Botanic Garden was lost in the bushfire of 23 Dec 2019.

Basket fungus
This looked like rubber or plastic netting in the grass in our yard. Closer inspection showed it to be opened up guts of this fungus - Ileodictyon cibarium.
