Latitude 35.8167 South : New Zealand - west coast North Island (23 Jan 2019)

 On the afternoon of 23 Jan 2019 we went to the west coast of North Island, New Zealand, where Latitude 35.8167 meets the coast of New Zealand. We waved at Rosedale directly across the Tasman. It is much wilder than the east coast. We couldn't get across the channel to the actual beach.

Latitude 35.8167 South : New Zealand - east coast North Island (23 Jan 2019)

On 23 January 2019 we visited North Island, New Zealand, and went to both spots - east and west - where Latitude 35.8167 meets the coast. The east coast spot at Ocean Beach out of Whangarei looks especially like Rosedale. 

Latitude 35.8167 North: Malta (35 degrees 49 min)

Rosedale's latitude is 35.8167 (35 degrees 49 minutes) South. In October 2019 we travelled to Malta, and went as close to the Latitude 35.8167 North as we could - standing on a cliff looking at the Blue Grotto.

The sea was a bit rough, and there were high winds, so the boat trips to the Blue Grotto entrance weren't running.  The malta.com photo must have been taken at the same spot.
