The major topic of conversation was the housing development west of George Bass Drive atBarlings Beach. It was resolved to put in a joint submission with the Guerilla Bay Association. It is actually closer to Guerilla Bay, but includes the catchment for Rosedale's Saltwater Creek.
Of more immediate interest (as in the immediate vicinity) is the proposed development of Rosedale Farm, right opposite the intersection of Rosedale Parade and George Bass Drive. Which reminds me I had better take some "before" pics before too long!
