Meet Emma from Mogendoura Farm. Emma sells her beef products Belted Galloway cattle every Tuesday at Moruya Farmers Market.
We especially like the fact that the sausages they make are salt-free. They're delicious!

Sue's old sewing box
I couldn't resist the charms of Sue's sewing box. It is so pretty. Sue is the wife of the market-holder from whom I bought it.
He wasn't sure whether she has made it herself. I haven't seen one of these for many years. For decades I have had buttons in and old jar, kept in the cupboard above the stove.
I think those buttons have found a new home.
When we were little my sister and I used to love playing with Mum's button jar. They used to get sorted by colour and size and other combinations. Perhaps that is why I became a librarian? I know it contributed to the sifting and sorting sort of person I am!

Spring blossoms at Moruya market
Every Saturday there is a market at Moruya Riverside Park (same location as the Tuesday farmers' market). The stalls are interspersed between the trees which are now blossoming. I think the trees are ornamental pears.
