 Even after the devastation of 21 Dec 2019, bushfires lingered in the area. On 23 January I took these photos at Batemans Bay and Tomakin (looking south)

From Melville Point to Broulee Island

It's been really rainy the last couple of days.

Tomakin is at the mouth of the Tomaga River, just south of Guerilla Bay and north of Broulee. 
I especially like swimming at Tomakin Cove, the quiet, still bay north of the river mouth, beneath the headland lookout called Melville Point.
